When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can sign your lease during normal office hours (9:00 – 5:00 daily), and move in anytime after that, during our normal gate access hours (7am – 10pm).

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 10-day written notice prior to your next due date.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued U.S. photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport) and a valid major credit card. We also require customers to provide an alternate contact.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
Not at all, we rent on a month-to-month basis. Your first prorated (partial) month, plus one full month’s rent is due at move-in. Our one-time non-refundable admin fee is $15.
